Concept
この作品のテーマは、一つの生命が死に、そして新たな生命へと繋がっていくこと。
また、人が人生の中で変化していくということも重要なテーマである。
それまで培ってきた経験、取り付けてきた装飾、それらを捨て変化を求めることは莫大なエネルギーを必要とする。
その瞬間の輝き、美しさ、儚さ、恐怖を一つの絵画で表現した。

This work’s theme is the cycle of life and death.
Also, I focus on the change of mind throughout a lifetime.
It takes an enormous amount of energy like nuclear fusion
to discard the experiences and vanity we have built up, and seek the change.
I put the brilliance, beauty, transience and fear which occur at the moments into this painting.

人間が作り出した言語は、時に不完全であることを思い知らされる。とりわけ、心の内を言葉にすることは容易ではない。

Languages created by humans are sometimes imperfect. In particular, it is not easy to put one’s innermost thoughts into words.
Through bold yet delicate expression, this work attempts to communicate an inner world that defies verbal description, and—even without being understood—it paints a picture that is simply overwhelming and beautiful, truly unique, and eerily realistic.
This is a landscape that can only be perceived through his eyes. It is precisely this that can be called “art” that touches the very essence of humanity.
